Adam Hersh, CFP^®, RICP^®, ChFC^®

As a member of the Stonegate Financial Partners, I strive to provide the highest level of service to my clients. I approach financial planning from a holistic standpoint and provide advice, education, and recommendations to clients on a wide range of personal finance topics. These topics include wealth management, tax and estate planning strategies, insurance, college planning, debt management, and more. 

I grew up in Southern California and played a variety of sports from an early age, eventually competing as high as Division I baseball in college. After college, I worked in a number of different industries, including the Hollywood talent agency business, sports television production, and network television advertising sales. I believe that the values and skills I learned through sports and my prior work experience played a significant role in who I am today. 

I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), and hold advanced planning designations in retirement income generation as well as overall holistic wealth management.  I believe in lifelong learning as an essential piece to evolving as a professional. 

I feel fortunate to be in a position to help people make decisions that will have lasting impacts for decades. I cherish the relationships I have with my clients, and look forward to being an instrumental figure in their lives for years to come. 

My wife, Lisa, and I currently live in Clifton Park, NY, with our 3 kids – Alex, Lizzy, and Ben. When I’m not at work, I’m spending time with them, snowboarding, golfing, playing chess, hiking, and anything else that keeps me active. 

Fun Facts: 

• Finished in 4th Place in a World Series of Poker Tournament in 2005 

• I coach chess at Karigon Elementary School in Clifton Park  

• I am an avid golfer with a 5 handicap
